Refund policy

Effective 25 August 2026

You can cancel at any time through your account. Cancellation stops future renewals, and access continues through the paid billing period unless a refund is issued. If something went wrong with a purchase, contact us within 14 days. Refund requests are reviewed case by case and are not guaranteed, except where required by applicable law.
